PRE-ORDERS

Many expectant parents enjoy the convenience of choosing their announcement, deciding on as much of their wording as possible, and receiving their envelopes before the hectic newborn days arrive. Placing a preorder is a terrific way to have some of the decisions made before baby makes his appearance!

Browse our website and choose your favorite announcement from our hundreds of options. We offer traditional designs, items that reflect a family’s interests or hobbies, favorite sports, etc. Once you have selected your birth announcement and have some of the wording chosen for your card, you can preorder your announcements or announcement package. When we receive your preorder, we will create a hard copy proof of your announcement and will send to you your proof and your announcement envelopes. Since we do start the set up of your announcement, your order is billed at the time your preorder is placed.

To place a preorder, proceed to the order page for the announcement or package you have selected.  Provide all information as you would in a final order.  For the announcement text, include all wording you know and placeholders for any unknown information you want printed on your final order (i.e., Name, Date, Time, Weight, Length).  Your envelopes and proof will be shipped the next business day and will incur no additional shipping charges! 

Once your new family member arrives, call us toll free at 1-800-268-5197, reference your order number and provide the final details of your announcement.  We will begin printing your announcements right away!

If, as sometimes happens, your anticipated baby girl arrives as your bouncing baby boy, it is no problem to simply choose a different birth announcement. A preorder gives you the convenience of pre-addressing your envelopes with the benefit of finalizing your text after baby arrives – the best of both worlds!
